    本學系以培育具全球視野及創新力的領導與管理專業人才為宗旨,除了傳授學生管理專業知識外,亦側重人文素養及人格養成。課程設計強調理論與實務並重,藉由產學合作來豐富學生之實務經驗及問題解決能力與執行力。
